Shame on USAA
I have been a good loyal customer for 15 years. I've had 5 car loans, personal loans, credit card, auto insurance and homeowners insurance and always paid on time. I recently lost my job in Vegas in the title and escrow business. I'm having a hard time paying my cc bill each month with only $350 a week on unemployment, I can barely eat. They were nice enough to tell me they would let their attorney's know and that they would be severing our relationship. I guess when the chips are down you find out about a person and a company.
