USAA is perfect!

I have been insured with USAA since the day I turned 16; I am now 31. What people need to understand is USAA is military insurance only. You can only receive coverage from them if you are active military or retired within the last 2 years, thats it! They have some of the BEST insurance rates in the business; I know because I myself am an agent and quote auto policies all day. Granted, we have never filed a claim with them, knock on wood, but I am sure everything would go smoothly. They are a company that does not use agents or have local support; but they do have local providers, meaning a local network of mechanics/body shops approved by them. Most "name brand" insurance companies do this as well. If it is a difficult claim, I am sure they would send an adjuster but for the most part that is how they operate. The customer service has ALWAYS been on point. You can access your policies anytime, online, and they make everything SO EASY!
