Horrible Customer Service---Lousy professionalism
I was rear ended by one of their 19 year old students in a lifted land rover. We were going up hill even!!! So they had to accept liability--but that is where the decency ends. Their adjuster did not return phone calls, they low balled me in trying to decide on the value of my older car, and could care less when I was unable to make it to the doctor since they have refused to pay for the rental car. I have existing back problems and now have a lot of additional pain.
I would never use this company. Beware if you have to deal with them. They are unprofessional, discourtious, and sharks. They could care less about the injured victum. They will not be fair, reasonable, or human!
Imagine taking the value of an older car, not from your local area, but from several states away!
