I was rear-ended by their policy holder, and they still have not settled...

Rear-ended by USAA's policy holder, December 1, 2006. They promptly settled my property damage & my son's case; I'm still waiting. Their adjuster, Joanne Watkins, will not return my attorney's calls. It looks like we are going to have to have a lawsuit, for whiplash.
