Do not go with USAA

We have had USAA for 20 years and never had a problems with them till now. We always paid are bill on time if not early. We never had any major accidents in 18 years with them. Well these last two years have not been good for my family. My daughter wrecked her vehicle and they came out and I did not think that they would total the vehicle because it had a damaged hood/radiator/ passanger fender/bumper. They paid us for the vehicle, but I thought it would of been more cost effective to have it repaired but the claims adjuster said it was at 70%. She also had a speeding ticket earlier 5 over. Then my wife was driving her new vehicle and we had a bad ice storm. She hit a patch of ice and spun into a concrete barrier and totaled the vehicle. Then my wife had one speeding ticket later in the year. Because of these two bad years they called us today and told use they were canceling our policy which ends 12/21/2007. So during the holidays and tax time we also have to look for new insurance on top of it all. THANK YOU USAA for the great holiday present and hope you go out of business.
