I just got cancelled after 21 years for a few late payments over that 21 year span. I found out when I called to pay my premium, not from a notice from USAA. I have NEVER made a claim. Let me repeat that, I have never made a claim.
If these insurance companies would spend a more on customer relations and less on attorney's fees to avoid paying claims, everyone's premiums would be lower with great customer service. USAA has a total lack of corporate integrity.
