Always praise USAA thought they were the greatest for over 6yrs. We (spouce & I ) had coverage I think one of the better policies paid for all the extras. Use policy a few time for small damages that happen due to know ones fault. The day I get into a auto accident they are very understanding. A low impact hit 10 -15 mph just me an the 3 kids. Know physical damage to car that is made to withstand to take a hit that show minor/minor major impact (seat bracket that snap )things that happen. Me and one one my sons substained injures (whiplash/back problems)and my 2-6yrs little hurt here/there.

Never had any proplems with any other claims. Told them I didn't want to deal with persons at fault wanted to work off my insurance policy. No problem till 7 days later they changed there minds.

When the going gets hot USAA IS NOT THERE FOR YOU (THE CUSTOMER) just another insurance scam. They dropped me. After an accident and I am tring recover from. WOW

THIS Can go on and on and on. BUT WHO CARES ? NOT USAA.

They drop you after you put in a claim that will take out of their pockets for the time being. Heres the topper after I was told that they know longer wanted my business. They locked me out of there web sight not giving me any access to any area of USAA such as banking or investments. I wonder what to expect next from these folks.

Note - DO NOT PISS OF THE USAA INSURANCE DEPTS OR THEY MAKE LIFE WHILE INJURED A LIVING HELL. Oh all this took place 7 days after my accident I have a 100-300, & $10,000 personal not a bad policy. I see why people are afraid of using there insurance. Pass a law saying that it required . We all get screwed by goverment & insurance. They must share the blanket.
