Horrible customer service
My car was totalled by a hit and run . The car that bit me is insured thru this worthless company. It has been a nightmare dealing with them, they don't return phone calls , not even managers. One rep tells you one thing and then to find out by another rep that the other rep misinformed you. I am at a total loss, no car , no money, can't get to work , and unable to support my two children. They could care less about your situation. They drag things on and never follow thru. Here's to a hard working mom supporting two kids alone and doing just fine , now most homeless because of them. Great work USAA.
