usaa claims are a joke

I have been a USAA customer (home, auto, credit card,LOC loan) for 35 years. Don't make that mistake. The insurance company is as good as when you need them. This one sucks! They are slow, hard to contact when you need them and arrogant. I had my first auto claim back in Nov 07. A non moving fender bender where I backed into some fool who had parked behind me. First claim ever and USAA added a $60 premium to my future insurance. I had hail and wind damage to my roof in Feb 08. A MONTH later they said my roof could be patched for <$300. Two roofing estimates said I had wind and hail damage of over $8000. My deductible is $2500. USAA has a lot of PR saying how good the company is and how great their customer reviews are. I guess these good ratings are from people who have never had a claim. DO NOT BUY USAA INSURANCE !!!!!!
