They are probably no better or worse than anyone

I am in the process of changing companies due to their re-rating all of their California policies to a MUCH higher rate...

I have had coverage with Unitrin for a few years.

They took over a company that I previously had coverage with that had much lower rates...

do not return call- IF you have to deal with this company-KEEP GOOD NOTES with times and document converstation...

first off, i'm extremely nice to customer service

being nice and not showing signs of frustration are the best ways to get what you want, screaming and yelling just makes THEM angry and less likely to be helpful...
