Pay premiums - get no service
I\'ve been paying premiums for two years to Teacher\'s Insurance. I thought the rates were great. However, we just had our first incident this past weekend when my daughter got hit by a drunk driver. It has been four days since the accident, and I have left multiple voicemails for my adjuster as well as a message for his supervisor. Still no response. The rep in the sales and claims reporting departments are unknowledgeable about the laws in my state and my coverage.
They say you get what you pay for, but in this case - I have paid something and I\'m getting nothing. It\'s bad enough to have to deal with the trauma of having your child in a serious accident without having your insurance company jerk you around.
If you are thinking about paying Teacher\'s Insurance for your coverage - my advice is THINK AGAIN.
