Unitrin Direct was really good
When I first got a quote with this company, I thought that the price was low, and maybe too good to be true. I thought that the service and claims might be bad as a result. I was trying to save money at the time so I tried it anyways. Well, about four months into my policy I got into an accident. Nothing big, just a fender-bender, but still. When I talked to the Unitrin claims rep on the phone, she was incredibly helpful. I was really surprised. The whole thing was settled and taken care of within like 8 days. I was so impressed that I\'m still with the company today.
