Completely UnORGANIZED! Costing me $$$
THey are such theifs!!! I cancelled my insurance with them at the end of July beginning of August. I drive less than a mile to work, no accidents or tickets, and drive a basic economy car. My insurance was $280 a month! I had limited tort and all the cheapest things you could get.
Anyways 3 months later I received an email saying I owe $669 dollars!!! WHAT? I have three days to take care of it or I am going to collections. I have not heard anything from them in 3 months and then this? I called them and they said that I needed to fax my declaration page which takes 72 hours to process. Would of been nice is the lady on the phone told me this when I cancelled.
Please do not bother with this company!!!!!
