Unitrin is a total complete Night Mare!
I got rear ended alomost 3 years ago now. The other people had insurance and it was there fault but my Dr. Bills are still not taken care of and I have been sent to collections! The person I deal w/ is extremely rude and nothing ever gets acomplished. I have mailed them my DR. Bills several times and each time they have no record of ever recieving them! I'm not sure what they do all day because they refuse to send or fax any info to the other auto company so I have to do it. What have I been paying them over $100 a month for the last 2 yrs for? When I gave my DR the information to call them to have the bills paid he told me that he could not work w/ this person because they were extremely rude. They are rude and unproffesional to everyone! This has been the worst night mare ever and this wasn't even an accident that I was at fault in! I couldn't be paid to use them again! They have caused so much stress in my life I just want the collection letters to stop comming! Shouldn't be in business! There's other things they messed up to for me and for my sister. I could write a book! Just please don't use this company no amount of supposively saved money is worth it! I wish I would have known!
