I have had coverage with Unitrin for a few years. They took over a company that I previously had coverage with that had much lower rates. I have had to file a couple of claims through Unitrin and they have always been very nice and polite. I also had no problems with the claims being handle properly. I am in the process off switching companies but only because I will be saving about a $1000 per year with another.
