A lot of unnecessary trouble
Their insured struck me from behind and then left the scene. This person was cited and arrested. Despite this, the UNITRIN claims adjuster told me that they would not accept liability. I'm still trying to work with them, but their most recent excuses are so obviously unethical that I don't think this will be resolved without some legal help. It's been a month and a half since the accident, and I still can't get my car fixed.
