Low introductory rate
Beware. The rate they gave me for the first six months was too good to be true, and I fell for it. Six months later, when my renewal came through, the rate had gone up $25 per month. They explained that I had been given a $25 discount for the first six months, which was now removed. When i complained, they gave a token apology if it hadn't been explained clearly at the outset.
It's not a discount, it's a planned rate increase that they drop on you. Customer service made absolutely no effort to re-adjust, and I'm switching companies on principle.
