Their insured struck my parked and unoccupied 04 Dodge truck. Their insured was very apologetic and obviously acknowledged fault. Unitrin refuses to pay the full cost of repair to my $40,000, once flawless truck. They are instead attempting to undercut my body shops hours to repair as well as attempting to replace my rear bumper with some aftermarket junk.
When I attempted to reason with them over this matter, the claims adjuster became rude and defensive and refused to discuss this issue with me. I am now going to have to sue their insured (who seemed like a nice fellow) as well as Unitrin.
