Unitrin the worst ever

On 09-10-2007 my car was stolen in my mothers drive way, a house I lived in and grow up in. I'm since moved about 2yrs ago. On that day I called and made a claim reported it to the police called like 4-5 times that day to get a claims number in order to get a rental car. my claims rep instead of calling me on the phone sent me a email like 48 hours later. It has been 30 days now and I'm no closer to resolving this matter. The calims rep is still not contacting me. And oh since the car was stolen they will not cover my reantal car I have been made to pay that bill and my premuim has went up as well. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When this is all done and finished they will not have me as a customer. If you spend more time at another resident you have to inform them so they and rate your insurance under Dual address which is something I have never heard of. So for filing a claim on a stolen car you will be ...SHIT OUT OF LUCK ...with this company. Pay the higher price for well known insurance companys like...AAA...State Farms...AllState.....that way you save yourself the pain..stress...and tears...I know I have cried more in these 30days dealing with this company then when my grand mother die. They make you feel like the ..Thief!!!!!
