My honda was totaled by a Unitrin Direct insured vehicle. The other driver was cited. It took a rude Unitrin Direct claims rep 8 days to return our calls. He gave me a rental on the 9th day for a week. He gave me a low-ball amount for my beautiful car. He lied to my husband, told him he could care less about our problems, and refused to let us keep the rental car until we could find a replacement. DON'T BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY!!!!!
