I had a problem with the billing and customer service...i called one of your brokers...ABIA in Grandview MO...the agent/customer service rep was rude and hung up on me when she tried to tell me when i paid a bill without having any of my information in front of her. This was not the first time i had a problem with the reps there. With customer service like this...you can guess why i would change insurance companies and what kind of advice i would give a friend or family member about your company and customer service.
