I have to agree with some of the other posts that I have read here. I was in an accident on 6/28/10 with a person insured by Unitrin. That person was at fault. I have called the adjuster several times and have called his supervisor (because the adjusters voice mail says that if you don't here from him in 24 hours contact his supervisor). I have yet to hear from anyone. I can tell that this is going to be a pain.
