I been insured with Unitrin for over a year I never had any incidents until now. My rental car was stolen I filed a claim with Unitrin to days later I received a call from the adjuster. The adjuster that called me demeanor was so nasty stating that they are going to drop me from the insurance because the car wasn't at my resident that's crazy to me. Mind you that they didn't even bother to look into the situation. were does it states in the insurance polices that I can not drive my car or a rental car to visit family or friends. The sole reason for having insurance is for situation that happen like this. Untrin is the worst insurance ever when you think you are cover but actually you really not!
