I was in a serious single vehicle accident. I had to do all the investigatins myself and still they have not paid me nor my loan company for my vehicle. Instead they offered a settlement of 17 thousand on a 40 thousnd dollar car! I'M sueing. They are rude, and they never answer their phones. This has been going on now for over 3 months. Now I'm on food stamps and have zero funds due to the hospital bills!
They never offered me a rent a car (of course with my brain injury I cannot drive anyway) still, they did not offer. Then they said I did not want personl injury on myself when opening my account and they are not authorzed to let me know!! I will fight this til the bitter end. I found all the information they couldn't find/I did their job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TAKE THIS INSURANCE; THERE IS ENOUGH STRESS WHEN YOU GET INTO A SEVERE TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, THEY PUT YOU THROUGH MORE AND MORE!
