My wife was rear ended by someone with Unitrin. The lady that rear ended my wife received 3 tickets. Unitrin stalled, was impossible to reach and rude rude rude! If I had a half-penny for every mistake they made, I could retire now. My car is unstable above 45 mph due to bent rear wheels and the bumper is cracked and pushing the rear fenders up. Unitrin authorized $167 for repairs??? They took two months before they authorized this awful and unreasonable repair, leaving us without a car to drive and claiming that our car received no damage and was totally safe? Criminals have more integrity than this company!!! They have the worst customer service skills I have ever seen! When we asked if we needed to get an attorney, they simply told us that they are a lot bigger and it would cost us too much to go after them? 2 months later, we are still trying to get our car repaired so it is safe to drive. Don't know how long would it take to get our car fix. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would give them 5 more just so people would really understand how bad they are.
