Travelers provides poor communication with customers and claims are impossible to get settled. They do not want to provide the coverage they have legally agreed to provide. CSR's are rude and getting any information is like pulling teeth. They would low-ball car value so they can take your car and make a profit selling it for parts. Then the person who has been injured is left with no repair, no car and no way to replace it.
