Claim on auto repair
Days after a Traveler's client hit my car, I was still waiting for someone w/Traveler's to call. When they did, I waited 4 more days for them to authorize my car repair. During this time, more damage became apparant. All that Traveler's would authorize is the replacement to my bumper. The Traveler's agent would never call me back, nor would he call the shop back. The shop was reluctant to look for any damage to the radiator or brakes or anything else, because Traveler's has a reputation in Texas for not paying on additional claims of damage.
Three weeks later-I now have my car at the mechanics to find out why I am loosing fluids from the radiator and why there is a grinding in the rear end of my car. All of these things began to occur in my car after the wreck.
Traveler's agent said my mechanic would "have to prove" these things were due to the wreck. Rudest, most unresponsive and arrogant individuals that I have ever dealt with.
