I have only submitted one claim with this insurance company. I had a minor accident that only involved my car in the parkage garage. The damage was just slightly over $1000, including rental car. After paying my $500 deductible, the insurance company only had to pay slightly more than $500. Because of this, they raised my 6-month rate by $254. That is shameful.
