We've had Travelers for nearly 2 years and have not had any problems. We haven't received any strange rate hikes, just the annual rate hike that happens with any company. Of course, the true test of a company is when you have a claim & thankfully we never had to take out a claim. Yet, now they've told us that they won't be covering automobiles anymore, so when our policy expires in 6 months it will not be renewed, but at least they gave us 6 months notice, I was impressed by that.
