I have over eight years working in insurance industry. I have never seen a worse company. It is impossible to settle a claim without a lawyer. Everyone in claims department is rude and accusatory. They force lawsuits upon themselves by not paying actual damages. Very uncooperative and unprofessional. I would never have considered getting a lawyer involved in a claim before.
