I have read the other review, and understand that you are entitled to your opinion. I on the other hand am very happy with the company. The sevice by far has been very friendly and knowledgeable. I received a information card in the mail with important claim information and my policy number. I also received more than one id card for my wife and I also the presentation of the policy that I received in the mail was awesome. The company financial stability was the biggest factor in my decision to switch from State Farm.
