hartford is horrible

On 08.01.2010, carl endsley from Pleasant Shade , Tennessee
someone insured with hartford ran in to my truck while unoccupied,they filed a claim 28 days ago,got estimate $1300,they sent check for $497 have not cashed.turned it over to attorney today.
