HORRIBLE BUSINESS RELATIONS!!!!! I paid in full with electronic check a month ago, thinking I was clear until January. I get home to find out that my insurance is being canceled due to "non-payment". Apparently, my bank never even received a request from the Hartford. Something was wrong on the Hartford's end- maybe I mixed some digits up- but the money was there, and they had my information. I was never given an opportunity to sort anything out- only contacted me to notify me that my policy had been dropped!! I'd rather take my hear-earned money elsewhere. Thanks, Hartford, for victimizing the very people you're supposed to be serving. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Don't care about people. Take your money ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Unless you wan to be dropped suddenly and then treated like you never mattered.
