Please see my review under AARP as I have AARP/The Hartford. My truck was stolen thus a total loss. Hartford does not uses the industry standards for establishing value. They use their own company which valued my truck $2000 BELOW NADA retail and $2500 BELOW Kelley retail. They would not budge. The claims representative in Arizona assigned my case would take a usual 9 days to return my calls, and that was after a call or 2 in between. Called AARP and they contacted Hartford, then I received a call from the claims representative's supervisor. They still held to their company but finally averaged with Kelley "personal sale" not Kelley Retail which is how a reliable company is supposed to establish value. So anyone reading this, BUYER BEWARE!!!! Note, after writing the AARP review, I lowered The Hartford's service and claims numbers.
