I was with Geico Ins,when i switched over to The Hartford,they gave a sweet deal on coverage,well everything was fine until received a notice cancellation due to non payment only after two months of service.I called to find out what happened and they told me the bank denied payment,so i called the bank and they stated they never received a request for payment,so called Hartford back,they stated i did not fill out a form to give them permission to automatically withdraw money from my account,i never received a letter from them until two days before i got the notice of cancellation.The customer service at Hartford where rude and uncaring and they did not care if i stayed with them or not.I just switched to farmers i am paying the same but,they dont treat me like dirt like Hartford did.
