State Farm Strategy: Wanna be rich? don't pay any claims!
This company should be the last choice when you are looking for an auto insurance company. The coverage is not bad. They have many product coverages. However, the cost is sooo expensive if you are not careful. They always deny any claims. It looks like you give free money to State Farm without any service. Whenever, you have a problem, such as accident, claims, etc, State Farm will turn their customer service from NICE to REAL UGLY. In short word: Receiving money = SWEET; Providing service? NO WAY!!!
