State Farm is there...

I have been with State Farm for years. I have a great agent and his staff is always helpful. I have moved several times and have never had a problem with starting a new policy or finding a good agent. It is interesting to read some the complaints about this company, I have never had these types of experiences. I think, as with any company, the individual must be responsible to maintain their understanding of coverages, billing, confirmation of coverage and awareness of what the costs involved are. Is State Farm higher in price? Some times, and others not. I have dealt with other companies prior to going with State Farm, and although they were cheaper, I got what I paid for-poor claim handling, no relationship with an agent or office.
State Farm claims to be the largest in the nation for auto insurance, so with that in mind-I think the limited complaints listed show a pretty good track record.
