My son was hit broadside by a State Farm customer on August 31st 2005 and as of Sept 14th 2005 they claim they are waitng on a copy of the police report which their client was issued by the police officer at the scene of the accident. They still have not determined fault even though their client was issued a ticket for failure to yield and admitted fault. I would think 14 days is sufficient time to respond.
I would never recommend State Farm to anyone.
