I have had State Farm for over 20 years with no claims. When my truck caught fire and burned it has be 17 days and the burned truck is still in the driveway, no money has been paid and no other vehicle provided to drive. Seen the advertisment where the agent quickly comes the next day or even the night of the event.....that did not happen here. I think I'll create my own advertisment showing how it really happens.
