20 Years and couldn't be happier
I have been with State Farm Auto Ins. for over 20 years and have gone through several claims, minor, major, unisured, PIP, etc. and I have never, ever had any problems. The company has always paid fair and lived up to everything they have promised. I pay more for my insurance with State Farm, and I always carry Full Coverage with low deductibles, but I find the extra few hundred dollars a year is worth the coverage. My agent is still my original agent even though I moved 600 miles away, and he is always available and responsive.
