My daughter had a wreck with a state farm customer that was totally at fault I contacted the state farm claims department which was a total jerk, the wreck damaged the back fender and bumper and I got 3 estimates from local dealers to have it fixed back in original condition with a new skin and bumper but they sent out an adjuster which wonts to pull out the finder and fill it with filler this is a 2005 car and all we ask for was new parts to make it new again after all this was not our fault, but the so called supervisor does care about the injured party they just look at saving the company money state farm isurance is the worst company to deal with i have ever seen if you are considering them as your insurance company check them out first because my experience is not good i would never recommend them.
