State Farm Auto Insurance

My husband and I were involved in a rear-end collision and were pushed into another car sitting in front of us as well. State Farm has been horrible. They have been rude to the body shop and have dragged the repairs out over 37 days. We were told they will not pay for any further repairs and we are to pick up our truck as is. The body shop will not be reimbursed for some of the repairs. I have had State Farm Insurance and the same agent for 18 years. There will not be a 19th year. I do not pay to have full coverage insurance and have to continue with a company thats refuses to restore my truck to before accident condition. By the way, the wreck was not our fault. Farmers Insurance has accepted responsibility but also refuses to restore my truck to pre-accident condition. They will only put salvage parts on my truck. The damage is right at $10,000.00. I feel very ripped off and will seek legal representation. State Farm and Farmers Insurance should be prohibited from writting insurance policies. They do not honor a contract.
