I got my truck broken into out of town.I called my local office and told them what had happen.State Farm called me back and told me to get my window put in there.When i got back the adjuster looked at my truck .He stated that State Farm would not pay for my door panel to get fixed.He also said they would not pay for my leather seat to be replaced only repaired.Ford does not sale pieces of seat just whole seat cover but they want to fix with pieces.So much for customer satisfaction. The only good thing they did was mail me another gps unit.
