Throws own customers under the bus
I have been with SafeCo for 10 years and never had an accident until now. I have seen many reviews of other companies on this site and I think the major difference between SafeCo and the better companies is that SafeCo screws its own customers in an accident. The other companies all seem to create run-around for other drivers; sorry but this is a normal procedure. You should protect your customers and make it hard for the other party just in case. There are always two sides to every moving accident. SafeCo had no problem with bending over and coughing up money to the other party without even really caring what I had to say. The other party was clearly at fault, but I got raked under the bus by my own insurance company. If you ever cause an accident, pray they have SafeCo, because they will pay you for your screw-up.
