I've been with Safeco for about 14 years. Recently I had a driver turn left in front of me and I hit him. Safeco has blamed me 100% for the accident even after I gave statements and sent pictures. They are deaf and blind to what I have to say. Think Safeco has become as bad of a company as we hear about medical insurance companies. They no longer care for the customer, have become unprofessional and just care about money. Safeco started off with having the wrong cross streets. They recently sent me a letter but it had Dear Mr. Farley when this is not my name. Think that many people are being hurt by this company. This used to be a very good company but all I can say now is BEWARE!!!
