Absolute nightmare! Beware!
So my story sounds very similar to the rest here. long story short! 09/12/07 I got hit from behind while stopped at a stop light. $1600 damage to my car. So far over $1600 medical bills for whiplash. . I am still getting treatment for my injury, still taking time off work, cannot pay my bills. I am still in pain, have headaches, neck and back pain. From day one safeco treated me like a criminal, bounced from 3 different adjusters. no calls back, barely any emails back. very very rude! I filed a claim with medical bills, health records etc. Safeco offered me $1700. This leaves $100 for pain and suffering and future medical bills. Unacceptable. Safeco not willing to negotiate. I am lucky to have a lawyer help me pro bono, waiting for response from Safeco.
This business needs to be put out of business NOW!
