SafeCo Denies Legitimate Claims
I was hit by on of their drivers. Their driver was cited and even admitted fault. But guess what? SafeCo is refusing to pay the claim and it's forcing me to get an attorney. Is that what things have come to? Even when you are completely innocent you must hire an attorney to make sure you're rights aren't trampled on by this company. My case is not isolated, this company is doing this to lots of people. Scary.
