A Safeco insured driver pulled out in front of me

A Safeco insured driver pulled out in front of me on A Sunday afternoon a month ago. A police report was taken showing the other driver at fault. Statements were taken at the scene, and that is how the police came to their decision. I called Safeco to give them my statement the very next day - the adjuster took the statement and at the end assured me that everything (my automobile repair and rental car costs) would be taken care of. I got a call a week later telling me they were charging me with causing the accident and expected payment for their insured's vehicle within the week. I was appalled and have been fighting tooth and nail ever since with them. It is IMPOSSIBLE to contact my adjuster-she comes in to work at 9am and leaves at 4pm every day! They must pay her a serious salary is she can afford to work that little... then again, she does save her company thousands every week by simply denying claims left and right. I am in the process of taking them to court and will be claiming over four thousands dollars in damamges, and they're lucky that I'm not including pain and suffering on top of it all.
