Safeco adjuster sarcastic and abusive...
A Safeco driver ran a red light, the police report states that he was clearly at fault but the Safeco adjuster, Matthew Recker, is saying I'm liable because I didn't see him coming. The adjuster on the phone was abusive and sarcastic. I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the customer service reps at the national 800 number are polite and professional. But the adjuster I'm dealing with is their antithesis.
