the worst possible service. no call back no resolve. OVER 150.00 dollars! I was told to get an estimate a basically a gas station on a 2 week old mercedes and told I could take it to the dealer. The dealer submitted a estimate for only 150 dollars more (AS A FAVOR TO ME)
and are refusing to pay. they have told me the person that hit me is 100% at fault and a SAFECO insured. NO CALLS. My car has been finished for 4 days and still no payment!
